Hello! My name is Lauren Webster and I am from Boston, Massachusetts. Currently, I study at UMASS Amherst in Isenberg School of Management. I am a Marketing and Hospitality Tourism Management double major entering my senior year in the upcoming fall. In the spring 2019 semester, I studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain. My program called CEA  Study Abroad (through University of New Haven) was just over 3 months, starting January 3rd and ending April 12th. I took 3 business-related courses, and one Spanish language course. I created this blog to make something tangible out of my passion for traveling and photography. Also, I learned a lot from internet sources, and wanted to make my own source to inform others! For anyone traveling to Barcelona or considering studying there, I hope that this gives you a better idea of what to expect from the city.
