STREET ART: GRAFFITI
Graffiti is EVERYWHERE in Barcelona. In some cases, it is a beautiful expression of art. Many of times, I have turned a corner and stumbled upon a wonderful display. I was also able to attend a street art tour that was included with my program. We got to see many of the bold pieces in the Poblenou neighborhood.
GALLERY ART
The three galleries we toured were N2 Galeria, 3 Punts Galeria, and Galeria Maeght. All of them were located in Eixample, within walking distance from each other. But they all featured incredibly different art. It was lovely to see such a variety of style color, and theme.
GAUDI'S HOUSE CREATIONS
Antoni Gaudi is a famous architect from Spain, and although he has passed away, he most certainly left his mark all across the city. His work is breathtaking. It is unlike any other I have ever seen. I have had the opportunity to tour many of his works, and they are incredibly impressive.
Architecture across the City
Not all of the city consists of beautiful buildings and landmarks, but I have come across amazing man-made structures throughout my stay. Some are famous features of the city, while others are hotels, apartments, and even stores!
